Reports to: CEO / Sales Director

Key interactions: Marketing – Data Science – Research and Development

Job Purpose/Role Description:

The Account Manager leads the Business Development & sales team to implement growth strategies to achieve MASS Analytics business & sales goals and to put in shape development tactics as to increase user acquisition retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customers’ priorities and strategies
  • Compile department’s roadmap and strategic direction
  • Define the team objectives and milestones
  • Build a high performing team of Account Assistants
  • Lead MASS Analytics growth through attainment of sales target
  • Identification of new sales leads and potential new markets/regions/territories
  • Lead the process of structuring deals and manage customer accounts end-to-end
  • Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer
  • Partner with other departments to ensure customer success in the acquisition, implementation and consumption of MASS Analytics’ solutions
  • Act as a primary contact for the customer, and serve as an escalation point when required leveraging voice of customer feedback through surveys, listening systems and social mechanisms to identify and alleviate key customer success blockers
  • Providing insight and feedback to the Marketing management team to help identify areas of improvement.
  • Continuously nurture and expand your sales industry

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Business Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required
  • 3 years of experience in IT/Account Management needed
